Moorebank Logistics Park is a 243ha prime logistics and intermodal precinct in central Sydney, providing opportunities for circa 850,000 sqm GLA of high specification warehousing, as well as auxiliary services including retail and service offerings.
Moorebank Logistics Park connects Port Botany with rail terminals and warehousing in Southern Sydney, acting as a national distribution centre for interstate operations. The park combines unparalleled supply chain efficiencies with state-of-the-art cost and environment-saving automation for domestic and international Tier-1 tenants.
The site is further benefited from its position directly adjacent to Australia’s largest rail intermodal with an IMEX (import-export terminal), Moorebank Logistics Park will also be the first intermodal facility globally with automated straddles moving containers via internal access roads to warehouse doors.
This allows the site to have the capacity to transport up to 1,500,000 TEU (twenty-foot equivalent units) a year and another 0.5 million TEU of interstate freight per year.
Names such as Woolworths and Catch are already committed or onsite, to join them or find out more about the development opportunities available, please contact the LOGOS team for more information.
